“Uzbek Epics 4” is the 43rd of the works under the “Detection of Turkish World Epic, Transferring to Turkey Turkish and Publishing Project" headed by Prof. Dr. Fikret Türkmen. In this work named "Uzbek Epics 4 / Huşkeldi and Belagerdan", the epic of the epic known as the Köroğlu Epic in the Anatolian area, the epic of Huşkeldi and the Epic of Belagerdan in the Uzbek geography are discussed. After a short summary of the epic has been transferred to Turkey Turkish text with the original text is given in full. The last part of the work is divided into the personal and place names directory.

Azerbaycan-ABD İlişkileri ve Azerbaycan’da ABD İmajı (1991-2010) / Azerbaijan-USA Relations and the US Image in Azerbaijan (1991-2010)
Although there was a period of uncertainty in Azerbaijan-USA relations covering the period 1991-2010, due to some negativities at first, the period of convergence started from 1994 and from 2001 onwards, and the period of cooperation started and continued until 2010. This situation occurred both with the foreign policy of the Azerbaijani administration and the increasing interest of the USA in Azerbaijan. In addition, as a result of the surveys and interviews conducted in Azerbaijan, it has been observed that the positive image of the USA in the society was effective in Azerbaijan's orientation towards a foreign policy inclined to the USA and Western European states.
This book examined Azerbaijan's relations with the USA within the framework of the position of the Caucasus in the changing world order. Because the place of the USA in Azerbaijan's foreign policy is due to the relations of Azerbaijan with the Russian Federation, the ongoing tension between Azerbaijan and Iran, the possible influence of the rising power of the People's Republic of China on the region with the economic interests of the USA and September 11, 2001. It cannot be evaluated independently from the change in the US approach to the Caucasus. In this context, the evaluation of Azerbaijan-USA relations within the framework of the concept of foreign policy and the image of the USA in the context of Azerbaijani foreign policy constitutes the main purpose of the study in this book.
