Antalya Diplomacy Forum was held in between the dates 1-3 March 2024 with the overarching theme of "Advancing Diplomacy in Times of Turmoil" under the auspices of H.E. President Recep tayyip Erdoğan, and upon the initiative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Türkiye.
ECO Secretary General Ambassador Khusrav Noziri participated in the Panel discussion titled "New Dynamics of Cooperation in Eurasia". The panel discussion also brought together the Foreign Minister of Tajikistan H.E. Sirojiddin Muhriddin as well as the Secretary-General of CICA Ambassador Kairat Sarybay and the Representative of the President of Azerbaijan on Special Assignments Mr. Elchin Amirbayov. The discussants contributed their viewpoints on the necessity of a unified approach to tackle the complexities of today’s geopolitical landscape and to capitalize on shared interests for mutual benefit. The ECO Secretary General emphasized the pivotal role of connectivity in regional progress, stating that the Organization leads efforts in bridging its Member States through infrastructure like roads, rails, and digital networks. He also highlighted the importance of fostering economic and cultural exchanges as fundamental elements for building strong, lasting partnerships.
