ECO Educational Institute President Prof. M. Akif Kireçci met with H.E.Reşad Mammadov, Azerbaijan's Ambassador to Ankara, at the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Republic of Türkiye on 28 July 2022. President Kireçci informed H.E. Mammadov about the function, history and organizational structure of the ECOEI. During the meeting, President Kireçci also updated H.E. Reşad Mammadov on ECOEI’s latest news and past and upcoming events including the next meeting of the ECOEI Board of Trustees (BoT) in 2023 and a potential visit to the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The parties also discussed the implementation of the Host Country Agreement on the Rights, Privileges, and Immunities of ECOEI.
Reşad Mammadov was also offered copies of the most recent publications of ECOEI. The parties reiterated their commitment to strengthen their cooperation.
