ECOEI has participated to the “Science Diplomacy for Sustainable Development Symposium” organized by TÜBA (Turkish Academy of Sciences) in cooperation with AASSA (The Association of Academies and Societies of Sciences in Asia" on June 28-29, 2024 in Ankara aims to bring together experts, policymakers, and stakeholders from around the world to explore the pivotal role of science diplomacy in addressing global challenges and promoting sustainable development. The symposium emphasized the importance of interdisciplinary and international networks in addressing complex challenges. ECOEI President Prof. Akif Kireçci also chaired a panel during the symposium.
