The ECOEI President Prof. M. Akif Kireçci paid a visit to Ömer Kocaman, Deputy Secretary General of Turkic Council, at the headquarters of the Turkic Council in Istanbul on 8 January 2020. At the meeting, Prof. M. Akif Kireçci was invited the next General Assembly meeting of the Turkic University Union. Prof. Kireçci briefed the Connectivity Symposium at the Board, a briefing about the Language Education Workshop and a speech about the Workshop Activities for Publishing in Indexed Academic Journals.Consultations were drawn up to prepare a Memorandum of Understanding between ECOEI and the Turkic Council.An intention was made to hold the ECOEI Board of Trustees Meeting, which is planned to take place in the first half of this year, consecutively in coordination with the Meeting of the Ministers of Education of the Turkic Council.
