President Kireçci underlined the importance of peace, coming together and understanding each other in tackling problems humanity is facing and is going to face in the future. With more serious troubles like climate change, diseases and depleting resources, President Kireçci stated that the human race cannot afford to let crises drive us further apart and interhuman conflict come in the way of solving these problems together. He underscored the role of trade, science, and education in bringing about more intercultural understanding and restoring cultures of cooperation. He also highlighted the role of education as the most efficient and sensible way to introduce different cultures to people, prevent intercultural discord, eliminate prejudices and overcome stereotypes at an early age.
