Among the participants were distinguished delegates including Mrs. Necibe Nesibova, the Counsellor from Azerbaijan; Mr. Reza Shahidikia,the Counsellor from the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Ankara; Dauren Kubenov, serving as the Education Attache and Third Secretary at the Embassy of Kazakhstan in Ankara; Mr. Alidod Safarzoda, the Culture and Education Attache at the Emnassy of Tajikistan in Ankara; Fırat Güzeldağ, Head of Department from the Ministry of National Education of the Republic of Turkiye and Ahmet Arslan, the Education and Culture Attache from the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC).
